4.Return Policy
Please contact us first.
We will accept returns if it is our mistake, such as we made wrong size, color or wrong delivery time.
a. Please contact us, and state the problem of your dress in 3 day after you receive it. Item must be returned with 7 days of accepting the delivery.

Deliver Time
- After you place order, it takes 2-7 days for us to produce your clothes, so we generally provide the shipping number within a week.
- Usually you can receive the package in about 15 days. Due to the coronavirus, you may receive the package in about 20 days.
Refund Policy
- For customized products, we provide an unconditional full refund before we start production. Returns are not available after production begins.
- For regular products, you can initiate a refund within 24 hours.
How to Refund
- 1: Within 24 hours of receipt of the package, if there are quality problems, please contact customer service to make a refund, the freight is paid by us.
- 2: Please make sure that the packaging and product are not damaged, if it does not affect the re-sale, you can contact customer service to get our return address, and return the goods within the specified time, the return shippine fee is paid by the buyer.
- 3: The refund method can be selected: DHL.UPS.FEDEX.TNT, or the local postal service for docking refunds and returns.
- 4: If possible, you can keep the refund list and contact customer service, we will use PAYPAL or bank transfer to refund.
- 5: If the product is not damaged or the package has not been opened, if the buyer does not want to buy or does not need it. You can contact customer service and process the return in any way, but the cost of the return is paid by the buyer.
